What you might notice with AntiSpySpider

Now that you have come into contact with either AntiSpySpider your computer may have begun to act in many different and strange ways.

First, your desktop and your Internet browser are probably inundated with pop up windows. In most cases, they say something like "Warning! Threat Detected." They will then list the threat and suggest that purchasing AntiSpySpider will help keep your computer safe. These pop up windows exist to try to get you to purchase the full version of AntiSpySpider or an associated program. While these pop up advertisements will often occur while you're online, they're just as likely to occur when you have your browser closed.

You may also be receiving pop up windows that act as if they are performing scans of your hard drive to detect viruses, spyware and malware.
